Once you reach the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be noticed by an Arabiers representative. You will be being transported to Wilpattu after helping with all formalities of arrival.

Wilpattu is an attractive wilderness retreat, which has its own natural lakes (villus), thick forests and remote beauty. It shelters a good variety of wildlife such as leopards, elephants, sloth bears as well as more than 200 bird species. A safari in this area provides a tranquil, non-bustling and a very genuine wildlife experience.

Peradeniya Botanical Garden (Optional)

Visit the largest botanical garden in Sri Lanka which is known to contain an orchid house, palm avenues and spice trees. The gardens are the best place to take a leisurely stroll in the presence of colorful plants and other birds that are chirping around the Mahaweli River.

Kandy City Tour
